Ankpa L.G: Hon. Halims pledged Support for Ankpa Central Mosque Solar Power Plan

As planned by the committee Ankpa central mosque needs solar power.  Anyone capable of replacing the generator is welcome.  People have been contributing money to purchase fuel but if the mosque can afford solar power to electrify the mosque, then people would not be bothered to contribute a dime, any longer.

In response to the demand for solar energy,  the member representing Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims asked the mosque committee to take the estimate and present it to him for immediate attention. In addition, he pledged to donate the sum of 1 million Naira to support the well-being of the mosque before presenting the estimate to him.

In his remark, Halims donated the sum of 200, 000 naira for prayer. The prayer is aimed at restoring peace in Ankpa, Kogi and Nigeria, at large.

While donating the money, he also made us understand that the recent Tanker explosion which claimed several lives, has been tabled before the federal government and they are ready to bring the necessary aides to our dear local government, any moment from now.

Amazing enough, Hon. Halims was spotted quoting some verses of the Qur'an which enjoined, hence the amusement of people.
