Uduak Akpan : A Murderer Afraid of Death

Uduak Akpan, the killer of late job seeker, Iniobong Umoren, in Akwa Ibom state attempted to escape after he was sentenced to death by hanging but was stopped by prison officers.

Suddenly, life became important to him and he tried to save himself from dying.

I keep telling people, there is nothing profitable in crime. It always ends in regrets and shame.

The best you can do for yourself is stay away from crimes as much as you can. In fact, run away from it.

You can survive hunger, even pains but  when you freedom is taken away from you, you will understand how empty this life is.

Nothing is as priceless as your freedom. Absolutely, nothing.
