KSCOE ANKPA SUG Election : MK Ibrahim, Provost Charged New Executive to be Servant Leaders

The provost of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa (KSCEA) Dr. M.K Ibrahim advised Students' Union Executives to be servant leaders. He gave this advice at the oath taking ceremony of the elected executives of the union at the COEASU secretariat of the College on the 22nd day of July, 2022.

 Ibrahim also gave appointment to one of the aspirants Mr., Andero  who lost at the poll as provost Marshal of the union. He explained that the appointment of Master Andero as Special Adviser (S.A) on  Student Union Government (SUG) Matters is base on his display of good sportsmanship during and after the election.

In his acceptance speech, the newly elected president of the Union, Comrade Adams Ojonache Abdulraaqak thanked the provost for providing a level playing ground for the reintroduction of a democratically elected executive of the Students' Union Government at the college. He promised to do his best in running the affairs of the students' union government as stipulated in the constitution.

 He also said students welfare is his number one priority.

The Dean students' affairs of the College, Dr. A. A. Ibrahim thanked management under the watch of Dr. MK Ibrahim for being fair during the SUG election. He commended the ELCOM members for their hard work.

Present at the swearing in ceremony include the deputy provost of the College, Mrs. S. I. Akpata, the Director of Academic planning, Dr. Alih Maji, the school librarian, the Dean School of Education, Director of Consultancy of the College, the Director of ICT, Director of Strategic information management and planning and many others.
