Insecurity : No Quick Fix, Simply Be Creative and Reinvent Compassion

When toxic Youths negative behavior are tolerated around you as a leader , it can have a hugely detrimental effect on leadership in a state like Kogi. It  decreases collaboration between government and  citizens. It  affects the way masses are treated, and so much more. 

People in leadership positions will often look for a quick fix, but it’s not that simple especially in the area of insecurity. It’s easy to blame the electoral process or point accusing finger on politicians in diaspora, but unfortunately, the buck stops with you as the person who sits in the leadership position. You must be creative in approach and reinvent compassion rather than circumvent it. 

 You need to take full responsibility for the low morale in your administration and urgently address the situation before all the good citizens or employee lock up vital information and the toxic remains. The culture of good governance in any state or nation is shaped by the worst behavior the leader is willing to tolerate - hoodlums, thuggery, data boy specially attached with official motor with government number plate and so so on
