COVID -19 : Ojuju Agbadufu Embarks on Sensitization/Awareness Campaign Tour - Maji Isah, Clerk says

Good morning Great Igala sons and Daughters

I wish to to fill you in on what Ojuju Agbadufu has done so far on this issue of Covid-19 and where we are so that we all can be on the same page.

First we have used our cells withing the grassroots all the while to engage on sensitisation while we put something tangible together as proper sensitisation programms and and tools.

1. This tools are Video sensitisation which is already out there. It was done for us by OMA IGALA. This was spread using the social media and phone to phone network and it is making a lot of impact. we pray to God to continue to direct him to spread the word to Igala nation.

2. Secondly we have Audio jingle to be spread too amongst our people. If I don't have yet, you can inbox me your number for both the video and the Audio, let's spread the message together.

3. There shall be a Radio broadcast of this jingle from tomorrow on radio Kogi Ochaja since is the largest local radio station our people listens to and it has it's grassroots Audience.

Please tell our fathers in the villages to tune in their Radio sets to listen to the jingle and be informed of this virus, ways to curtail it, ways to contain it and ways not to contract it at all.

This broadcasting is expected to be broadcasted for 7 days and twice per day. In the morning and in the evening depending on the availability of fund.
4. We have this beautiful Flyer we are to start giving out today. We want to make sure that it reached the 97 wards of Kogi East including Lokoja and Ajaokuta through our community dealers, traditional heads and Youth leaders. Idah Axis of Ofu, Igalamela, Idah and Ibaji LGs will be our focus from today.

While we do this on ground, we expect you to help forward them to your contacts because of how it is uniquely translated into Igala. If for nothing, you will enjoy reading in Igala language using this flyer. Please download it and give it a try then forward.

As we are starting to move around today, please help us with contacts of people we can meet at the ward or local government levels to give this flyers for distribution so that it can go deeper than anticipated
This are the initial work we are doing and we shall do more to make sure that together, we defeat this monster virus that has held the world on standstill and stopped the economy of the world.

Comr. Maji Isah
Clerk of Council Ojuju Agbadufu Igala
