College of Health Sciences and Technology Idah Priorities Sports Development

 Kogi State College of Health Sciences and Technology Idah (KSCHSTI), Provost, San., Dr. Nuhu Solomon Anyegwu on Wednesday kicked off the school Inter-departmental football tournament at the school football field Idah L.G.

 The tournament organized by the Sports Unit of the College is tagged;  Provost Cup Competition (PCC)  2023. PCC  is an event, aimed to discover talents and promote, peace, love, and unity among students.

The inaugural match kicked off on  27th March 2023 with the following teams as follows: Community Health,  Health Information Management Technology,  Public Health,  Epidemiology, and Disease Control, Pharmacy Technician,  Environmental Health,  Food Hygiene,  Health Promotion and Education,  Dental Health  Technician, Medical Laboratory Tech.,

The game is played in two phases; namely football and volleyball, especially by both males and females. In an interview with the Provost in his office, San., Dr. Anyegwu Solomon Nuhu said, “Winning or losing is part of the game, but what is important is maintaining the spirit of the game.”
