Positive criteria for growth and reform in any leadership position usually  include governance, efficiency, accountability, and democracy of institutions, as well as involvement of the people. A clear demonstration is found at the 

College  of  Health Sciencss  and Technology Idah, Kogi States, now an EXCELLENT CITADEL OF LEARNING UNDER the able LEADERSHIP of San. Dr. Nuhu Solomon Anyegwu as PROVOST. 

No college of health exist in a vacuum or in isolation of accreditation. An institutions that is committed to periodic unannounced external and rigorous internal review programs to ensure that accreditation standards are continually being met is always labeled as substandard, glorified secondary school, fraudulent, racketeering certificate mill and capable of producing half-baked graduates. 

" It might interest you to know that the institution that hitherto has no substantive accreditation for any of the courses offered in the College before 2016 when I took over the leadership of the institution has today GOTTEN SUBSTANTIVE (FULL) accreditation for all the courses run in the College. 

This is made possible by the combined efforts of the State government lead by our Health and Education friendly GOVERNOR, and the College management for monumental infrastructural transformation carried out in the College." Anyegwu said

Today the noble institution has a clearly defined mission that aims to better educate and serve the students.  Anyegwu expressed deep appreciation to God and the leadership of Alhaji Yaya Bello for making  the citadel of learning  to have resources to achieve its mission while showing evidence of the mission being achieved sor far just as her students can compete globally.

Some leaders of an institutions are good at one level and deficient at others. Thus we have some who specialise in international, and others in local affairs. San. Dr Nuhu Anyegwu's performace has shown himself as an asset that spans rural, local, national and international spheres. No doubt if an outer-space affairs were open to the dynamic leader, nobody will get there before him. He is one in a million leaders having a global mind 

" We thank our Commissioner for Health, Dr Saka Haruna Audu and the Governing Council headed by Dr yusuf ABDULRAHIM for their intelligent supervisory roles in the College. The College has gotten full accreditation for the following courses: 

Community Health, 

Medical laboratory technician course, 

Health Information management Diploma, and 

provisional accreditation for Pharmacy Technician. 

"Above all for the first time after 43 years of the existence of the College , had , Interim accreditation by NBTE( National Board For Technical Education) for Environmental Health Diploma and Health Information management. The last result released by the Board of Community Health in theNational Examination was 100% pass overall "
